This year’s event was packed with thoughtful presentations, interactive Q&A sessions, and updates on the exciting projects coming our way. Reflecting on our wins, recognizing each department’s contributions, and sharing our next steps as an organization are key to keeping our workplace connected and united. These Townhall Events give us a chance to connect across teams, celebrate achievements, and get a clear vision of where we're headed. Nearing the end of summer, it’s a perfect time to reminisce on our annual summer party, The Main Event, in Toronto! It has always been a priority to show our appreciation for our outstanding team and what better way to do that than throwing a well-deserved party on a stunning rooftop patio. This event was all about bringing everyone together outside of the workplace, giving us a chance to unwind and connect as a team. At the heart of the Main Event is our commitment to uniting our team to spend quality time together and to celebrate our collective successes. We want to thank our amazing employees for all their hard work over the past season. We are honoured to have partnered with Guelph-Wellington Women In Crisis on a truly meaningful project—renovating their facility to better serve women and children during times when safe, supportive spaces are needed most. The focus of this initiative was to create a more welcoming and functional environment, enhancing spaces such as the community room, donation center, and meeting rooms. What made this initiative so special was the shared commitment from our volunteers and donors to uplift others. Seeing everyone come together with such heart and purpose reminds us that when we unite, we can make a profound difference. We’re incredibly proud to have played a role in this transformation and are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed to this important cause. Thank you for helping us bring this vision to life! It was great to see so many Guelph residents join us at our recent community engagement event for the Guelph Innovation District! This event was all about bringing the community together to envision and shape the future of our city. Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in the various activities and discussions.
