Earlier this week we had the pleasure of hosting 5 students for Take Our Kids to Work Day. The day kicked off with an introduction from our President and VP Operations, followed by a tour of our Head Office. The students got some cool Cachet swag and then had the chance to meet the talented teams behind each department and learn about the many exciting career opportunities available, including: HR, Finance, Land Development, Architecture, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Design, and more. After a pizza lunch 🍕, they wrapped up the day with a visit to our Erin Glen site, touring model homes and seeing the building process in action. Last week we held Health & Safety Barbecue's at each of our Erin Glen, Westwood Village, and Cachet Binbrook sites. All three events were a great success, fostering a sense of community while reinforcing the importance of workplace safety. Team members from all departments and trade partners came together to enjoy the barbecue creating an opportunity for open discussions about safety practices in a relaxed environment. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the chance to engage with our safety team in a casual setting.
