At NaNoi - Thai restaurant - Antwerp, we’ve just received our first #Peppol invoice from our social secretary. Although receiving invoices is not usually something I look forward to, it’s good to see that Nanoi is now fully operational for electronic invoicing through #Odoo. The entire process was seamless: the invoice was automatically retrieved from Peppol, processed, and all the relevant details—supplier information, invoice lines, etc.—were created without any manual input. Even the invoice image, and the XML source file are attached! The only adjustment I have to make is to the account number, which will be set by default for future invoices from the same party. Registering for Peppol in Odoo was remarkably easy, just a few clicks. This also ensures that Nanoi is well-prepared to meet Belgium’s 2026 e-invoicing requirements. I find it surprising that many Peppol and accounting software providers make it seem more complex than it is. We’re already in full swing for Q4 at Le Wagon! What started as just coffee and a snack quickly turned into a full Breakfast Buffet—because let’s be honest, we like to start strong around here. Sharing a meal is always the perfect way to break the ice. After a busy week, we rolled right into Friday with our two classics: Community Lunch and after-work drinks. The vibe at this semester’s Community Lunch has been incredible, with 4 fantastic bootcamps running, including the new Growth Marketing Bootcamp. The energy and connections keep growing, and these lunches are sparking conversations that go well beyond the classroom. During lunch, students were already buzzing with new event ideas—there’s talk of a photo walk and maybe even a pick-up trash run/walk as a fun community service project. I love how these activities keep things fresh and adventurous while bringing everyone together, not just for learning, but for creating memorable experiences. I was even inspired to create a new event: the Le Wagon Scavenger Hunt. It’s still in the works, but students have already gotten a taste of the first version. I’ll share more soon!
