Responsibilities:
Shell Fisheries is a major processor, exporter and traders of Sea Food in the Kingdom of
Bahrain. We have a strong Import & distribution network for Frozen Seafood Products in
Bahrain and major cities in KSA. We also have strong export of our processed sea food product
to U.S.A, China, Korea, Japan, other Far East countries and KSA.
Responsibilities:
Joined as Asst Manager Sales & Marketing to enter in a new segment of market in
Bahrain, worked in Saudi Arabia in deputation for a period of one year in Jeddah, Riyadh
and Dammam to strengthen HORECA & retail channels of distribution in the KSA and
Bahrain market.
Built a full-scale sales operation from the ground up including database systems,
recruitment of sales executives and developing the sales and marketing strategies
Increased the sales target by 400 thousand in first 10 months in KSA.
Prepared and executed business, marketing and sales plans for the whole company.
Responsible for defining and drawing Sales Strategy for all segment
Managed and lead 20+ Sales Staffs in Both the regions’
Leveraging relationship with all customers
Leading BDE’s and Sales Executives with Top accounts, along with P & L

Aviation and Govt. Sector
Follow-up with all Hotels, Restaurant and QSR for any enquiries.
Requirement identification matching the right product, quotation submission, further follows
up for the securing business.
Handling walk in Customers in the Showroom
Coordinating among client, consultant and site engineers for site verification and
preparation of layout.
Co-ordinate with factory for the local fabrication.
Incorporate changes in the Layout, service drawings through the Consultant or Projects
Management Team.
Meeting with Decision Making People and Project Team in the Star Hotels and Hospital
and generate business from there.
Proactive follow-up with Consultant, Projects Management Team and Promoters.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings,
telephone calls and emails.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with client company's
managers.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Division Manager and
General Manager.
