1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

THE APPLIANCE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROPERLY QUALIFIED ELECTRI-

CIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STABLISHED REGULATIONS. ANY REGULA-
TIONS STIPULATED BY LOCAL ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER, BUILDING OR SAFETY
AUTHORITIES WITH REGARD TO INSTALLATION OR ACCIDENT PREVENTION
MUST ALSO BE COMPLIED WITH.

ENSURE THAT MAIN SUPPLY TYPE AND VOLTAGE CORRESPONDS TO THE

STAMPED ON THE MANUFACTURER´S NAMEPLATE, WHICH IS PROMINENTTLY
DISPLAYED ONTO THE APPLIANCE.

DIMENSIONS AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE CHECKED IF THEY

ARE SET IN THE SAME WAY AS DETAILED IN THE INSTALLATIONS INSTRUC-
TIONS. ENSURE THE APPLIANCE IS CORRECTLY LEVELED BY ADJUSTING THE
LEGS.

THE APPLIANCE MUST BE CONNECTED ACCORDING TO THE ELECTRIC PLAN

ENCLOSED. FOR MAINS CONNECTIONS AN APPROVED TYPE OF WIRE MUST BE
USED, AT LEAST H07RNF OR HEAVIER.

THE APPLIANCE MUST BE PARTED OF POTENTIAL BONDING SYSTEM ACCORD-

ING TO VDE 0720.

TO CONNECT THE APPLIANCE :

- REMOVE FRONT DISPLAY COVER

- THREAD IN CABLE AND SECURE
- CONNECT CABLE TO TERMINALS PROVIDED
- CHECK APLLIANCES FUNCTIONS PROPERLY
- REPLACE FRONT DISPLAY COVER

IF THE APPLIANCE IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED ON THE FLOOR OR

ADJACEMENT , WALLS MUST MADE OF FIREPROOF MATERIAL, THEN THESE
EITHER NEED TO BE ADEQUATELY INSULATED BEFORE INSTALLATION OR A
DISTANCE OF 200 mm MUST BE KEPT, OTHERWISE THE APPLIANCE MUST NOT BE
INSTALLED.

THE PLASTIC PROTECTION FILM MUST BE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY RE-

MOVED BEFORE OPERATING THE OVEN. IF THERE WERE ANY ADHESIVE RESI-
DUE REMAINING ONTO THE APPLIANCE SURFACE, YOU WILL REMOVE IT BY
USING A DISOLVENT.

1. USER´S INSTRUCTION

6.1 OPERATING THE OVEN. SWITCH ON

THE USER NEEDS TO BE FAMILIARIZED WITH OVEN OPERATING PROCCEDURES.

TURN THE THERMOSTAT KNOB FOR EITHER OR BOTTOM HEAT CLOCKWISE
TILL DESIRED TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 50ºC TO 300ºC. THE APPROPIATE ON/OFF
LIGHT WILL LIGHT ON.

WHERTHER OR NOT THE OVEN NEEDS TO BE PRE-HEATED DEPENDING ON

THE FOOD YOU ARE GOING TO COOK. WHEN DESIRE TEMPERATURE IS
REACHED, THE THERMOSTAT WILL SWITCH OFF THE HEATING ELEMENTS AND
CONTROL LIGHT ON THE FRONT PANEL WILL GO OUT.WHEN THE TEMPERATURE
INSIDE THE CHAMBER FALLS DOWN BELOW THE FIXED WITH THE CONTROL
KNOB, THE THERMOSTAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH ON THE HEATING
ELEMENT AGAIN AND THE LIGHT WILL LIGHT ON AGAIN.

WE HIGHLY RECOMEND TO HEAT THE OVEN TO A TEMPERATURE OF 300ºC

FOR ONE HOUR BEFORE COOKING USING, TO GET OUT ANY UNPLEASANT
SMELLS WHICH MAY APPEAR.

6.2 SWITCH OFF THE OVEN

TURN THE THERMOSTAT KNOB ANTICLOCKWISE BACK TO THE ORIGINAL

POSITION. THEN THE OVEN WILL BE SWITCH OFF AND THE LIGHT WILL GO OUT.

2. OPERATING PROCCEDURE

YOU CAN COOK USING A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 50ºC TO 300ºC BY TURN-

ING THE THERMOSTAT CONTROL KNOB.
THERE ARE 8 POSSIBLE POSITIONS ON 4 RAILS INTO THE OVEN CHAMBER.
THEY ARE ATTACHED TO A FRAME AND CAN BE REMOVED.
THE FRAME CAN ALSO BE EASILY REMOVED FOR CLEANING. THIS ENSURES A TOUGH CLEAN-
ING OF THE OVEN.

10
THE FRAME FOR STORAGE SHELVES , LOCATED AT APPLIANCES´S BOTTOM (
MODELS EBST II, EBST II/G, EBST III) CAN LIKEWISE BE REMOVED , ENABLING
THIS TO BE ROUGHLY CLEANED.

BAKING:

WE RECOMMEND THAT SHELVES NUMBERS 2 AND 3 WILL USE FOR BAKING

TRAYS AND CAKE TINS ON EITHER RACKS OR BAKING TRAYS.
THE TEMPERATURE SELECTED WILL DEPEND ON THE AMOUNT OF MIXTURE
USED, THE SIZE AND TYPE OF CAKE TIN OR TRAY, ETC.

ROASTING:

WE RECOMMEND THAT ROASTING DISHES SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE WIRE

RACKS PROVIDED ON THE SHELF NUMBER 1.
THE TEMPERATURE SELECTED WILL CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE QUAN-
TITY AND SIZE OF THE FOOD, AS WEEL AS TO PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS.

1. CAUTIONS

ONLY LEAVE THE SWITCH ON FOR THE TIME REQUESTED BY THE COOKING
PROCCEDURE. THIS WILL PREVENT WEAR AND TEAR OF HEATING ELEMENTS
AND ALSO HELPS TO DECREASE THE CONSUM.

2. CLEANING

THE APPLIANCE MUST BE CLEANED AFTER USING DAILY AND ONLY WHEN IT
IS TURNED OFF. ANY GENERAL AVALAIBLE CLENING PRODUCTS MAY BE USED.
HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND YOU THAT STAINLESS STEEL PARTS MUST BE
CLEANED WITH A WARM SAPPY WATER, DRIED AND THEN POLISHED WITH AN
APPROPIATE METAL CLEANER, THEREBY AVOIDING THE USE OF ANY ABRASIVE
CLEANING PRODUCTS.

DO NOT USE ANY INFLAMABLE LIQUID TO CLEAN THE APPLIANCE; NEITHER

USE WIRE WOOL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE, BECAUSE SMALL PARTICLES OF FER-
ROUS MATERIAL MAY COME OFF DURING CLEANING, WHICH WILL OXIDE AND
WILL LEAVE RUST MARKS.

IT IS RECOMMEND TO HEAT THE OVEN MORELESS 10 MINUTES AT 300ºC AFTER

CLEANING .
11
DO NOT SPRAY THE APPLIANCE WITH WATER OR STEAM.

WHEN OVEN IS GOING TO BE OUT OF OPERATION FOR A LONG TIME, RUB

DOWN THE APPLIANCE WITH A CLOTH WELL SOAKED IN VASELINE-OIL. THIS
CREATES A PROTECTIVE LAYER. FURTHERMORE, THE ROOM SHOUL ALSO BE
AIRED REGULARLY.

1. AFTER-SALES SERVICES

IMPORTANT NOTE:

LOW ISOLATION RESISTANCE PROBLEMS AT STARTING UP

THE REASON DOES NOT EXIST IN BAD ELEMENTS OR LACK OF WORKMAN-
SHIP. THE RANGES ARE CONSTRUCTED ACCORDING TO THE HIGHEST ELECTRI-
CAL STANDARDS WITH PROTECTION CLASS IPX5 AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY
USED ON MARINE PROJECTS ALL OVER THE WORLD.

WHEN THE ELEMENTS ARE INSTALLED BY US , THEY ARE IN A PERFECT

SHAPE. THE PROCESS WHICH CREATES THIS MALFUNCTION IS USUALLY DUE TO
THE LONG TIME THAT ELAPSES BETWEEN OUR PRODUCTION AND FINAL TAK-
ING INTO USE. TRANSPORTATION TAKES PLACE IN MANY CASES ON BOARD
SHIPS IN UNHEATED CONTAINERS. THEN THE UNIT STORED ON THE SITE OF THE

13
THE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY AND SALINE ATMOSPHERE BEFORE ITS
STARTING UP. THIS CAUSES MINUTE DIFUSSION OF FIRST HAND HUMIDITY INTO
THE ELEMENTS.

IT IS A PROCESS THAT TAKES A LONG TIME. DUE TO THE MATTER OF

DIFUSSION IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO SWITCH ON THE ELEMENTS AT HIGHEST
POWER AND HOPE THAT THIS DOES THE JOB. IT TAKES ALSO LONG TIME TO
REVERSE THE DIFUSSION.
OUR EXPERIENCE SAID TO US THAT A LOW SETTING ON LEVEL 1 OR 2 DURING
72 HOURS, USUALLY DOES THE JOB. AFTERWARDS, THE RANGE CAN BE USED AS
USUAL WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. HOWEVER IF THE SHIP IS OFF FROM DUTY
FOR SOME PERIOD, BEFORE TAKING INTO USE AGAIN, THE SAME PROCCEDURE
SHOULD BE REPEATED AGAIN TO REDUCE THE EARTH LEAKAGE PROBLEM.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS IMPORTANT FOR US AND YOUR POINT OF VIEW
ARE WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED.
