3. An experiment was conducted to find out the rate of the reaction in pig liver with hydrogen peroxide . Four
test tubes were set up. The same concentration and volume of hydrogen peroxide is used for all tubes. And
the same mass of the pig liver is used to prepare Tube P ,Q, S and same mass of sand is used to prepare
Tube R. The rate of reaction was determined by measuring the volume of gases released in 10 minutes. The
results are shown in the table below.
