    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 5 kVA AIR COOLED KIRLOSKAR CHOTTA CHILLI DIESEL GENERATING SET

    A) DIESEL ENGINE: -

    “KIRLOSKAR” Only one Indian Manufacturer to offer widest range of air cooled engines from7.5hp

    "KIRLOSKAR" Make diesel engine Model CC 418 G1 is Single cylinder, air cooled, Four Stroke, Naturally
    aspirated developing 7.5hp @ 3000 RPM coupled with 5kVA alternator,230V,50HZ,1phase.

    The diesel engine will comprise of following: -

     Dry type air cleaner


     Exhaust Silencer
     Lube Oil filter
     Fuel filter
     12V Electric starting system
     Stop solenoid

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 10 kVA AIR COOLED KIRLOSKAR GREEN DIESEL GENERATING SET
    B) DIESEL ENGINE: -
    "KIRLOSKAR" Make diesel engine Model EA16G1, TWO cylinders, Air cooled, developing 16 hp @
    1500 RPM. EA16G1 is Inline, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run
    continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard. Diesel Engine will
    comply with present CPCB-II norms. The diesel engine will comprise of following: -

    V, 0.8 PF, 50Hz,1/3Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self- excited & self- regulated, Brush less, floor mounted with Ball
    or Bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1& will be suitable for tropical
    condition.

    C) BASE FRAME: -

    Suitable to couple above Engine & Alternator made from steel sheet metal.

    D) FUEL TANK: -

    100 Liter Capacity, with Inlet & Outlet arrangement, air vent & drain plug arrangement.

    E) BATTERIES: -

    13 Plate, 88 Amps, 12 Volts Battery with one set of connecting leads of 35 sq.mm Size Copper Cable.

    The quoted price is Exclusive of Excise duty, ED & CESS @ 10.3 % as currently applicable. Any statutory
    variation in the rate of Excise duty at the time of actual dispatch will be to your account.

    VAT
    Excluded @ 5% prevailing rate. In case of any variation the same will be in your account.

    FREIGHT
    Extra - Freight at actual. Transit and storage insurance to your account

    TRANSIT INSURANCE
    You shall arrange the transit insurance of the equipment from our works up to the destination at extra
    cost.

    GOVT. LEVIES
    Any entry tax or any such Govt. charges applicable at the entry point of the destination will be to your
    account.

    VALIDITY
    Our offer shall remain valid till 15 days from the date of issue and would be subject to our confirmation
    in writing thereafter.

    DELIVERY
    CC418 G1- 2 Weeks from the date of receipt of your Techno-commercially clear & firm Purchase Order
    along with advance, subject to Force Majeure condition and unforeseen delay which is beyond our /
    suppliers control.
    PAYMENT
    30 % advance along with the purchase order & balance 70 % against our Performa before dispatchby
    RTGS / DD infavour of M/s. SUNBEAM GENERATORS PVT LTD.,

    WARRANTY:-

    The warranty is for 18 months from date of dispatch from our AGOEM factory or from 12 months from
    the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. Other terms & conditions for warranty shall be as per

    our Company Standard Warranty Policy (enclosed).

    OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. All orders are subject to our Order Acceptance in writing.


    2. All offers and orders are subject to the general terms & conditions of sale.
    3. Any amount received as advance from the Customer / Purchaser is for mobilization of the order
    & will not attract any interest there of.
    4. All disputes and / or differences arising out of the order / Contract against our Offer shall be
    referred to Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation ACT 1996 and/or any statutory
    modification in force thereof and such arbitration are Subject to Chennai Jurisdiction.
