Our internship program is dedicated to attracting hard-working, driven individuals to offer them the opportunities to work on complex construction projects that will prepare you for a full-time career! Our interns work on real projects that improve the quality of the air we breathe and waterways on which we depend. At Bowen, we believe in continuous improvement and growing people. We recruit from 25 different universities and have hired 45 interns to be full-time employees in the last 5 years. We want our internship to lead you to your next opportunity with us!
