And for a country that knows not his name but remains free... Thanks to his Dedication. Duty. Service. And Sacrifice. It starts with a right hand raised in a pledge of allegiance. A body put through the rigorous endurance trials of basic training. A spirit tested in the fury and fire of the battlefield. An enduring love of family, faith and freedom... Earned through his Dedication. A veteran's obligation to defend the freedoms and liberties outlined in the Constitution of the United States of America is never questioned. His resolve is unwavering. He is held to an exemplary standard and does not take lightly his commitment... To his Duty. A calling to stand up and protect his nation -- His family. His friends. His community. It compels him to don the uniform and leave his home and all he loves... In the name of Service. It's a middle-of-the-night deployment to a foreign land on the other side of the world. This summer, the Indiana Department of Transportation launched Indiana Safe Zones. The newly implemented speed cameras are designed to slow down traffic and protect lives in construction zones. With clear signage and strategic placement, the camera encourages motorists to reduce speed before entering work zones. 🚧📷 Our I-70 project in Greenfield, led by Chad Scott, was the first to use these cameras. Chad, having endured the heart-wrenching loss of a coworker due to a distracted driver entering the work zone, gladly welcomed the cameras as an extra layer of safety.
