You might deserve better. 10 signs it's time to move on: ☑ Toxic Environment & Poor Leadership ☑ Health Deterioration ☑ Pay Doesn’t Match Your Worth ☑ Growth Ceiling & Stagnant Learning ☑ Morning Dread ☑ Ethical Compromises  ☑ High Employee Turnover  ☑ Skills & Ideas Underutilized ☑ No Recognition or Feedback ☑ Work-Life Imbalance While these signs are important to recognize, quitting your job is a big decision. Before taking action, here’s my advice: 1. Reflect on your overall career goals 2. Consider if any of these issues can be resolved 3. Evaluate your financial situation 4. Explore internal transfer or role change options 5. Seek advice from mentors or people you trust 6. Start networking and updating your resume 7. Consider upskilling or additional education 8. Plan your exit strategy if you decide to leave Remember: Your well-being is crucial, but so is making informed decisions. Take time to assess your situation holistically before making a career move. ♻️ Share with someone who needs to see this today. And follow me for more posts like this. P.S. - Last month I helped 5 people land $200K-$500K roles that were much better than their old jobs. If you want the same thing for the new year, DM me info on my job search coaching. I have limited capacity to take on a few more clients.

So important that you mentioned taking calculated risks. Once you have identified the issues that are prompting you to leave, create a plan on how you’re going to make it happen. Prepare savings if you can, start looking for opportunities, and take care of yourself. And never forget that there are better leaders and better opportunities elsewhere that will value you — in the way you deserve.
