The Committed Team
Our final team coaching session of the year and huge kudos to this team who braved the elements to explore how to improve their performance.
A few insights were:
🐴 Being able to be ourselves and be honest out how we are in the moment is critical to team connection.
🐴 How much impact the energy we bring has on not only our motivation but that of others too.
🐴 How we can remain connected with each other even when we are apart
🐴 Responsibility for performance sits through the whole team
🐴 Leadership can come from anywhere in the team and shifts in response to the environment.
We did have warm up breaks and there was the option not to go out to the field for the final part of the session, but everyone voted to get back out there with the horses, who were once again amazing partners in learning.
Followed up by a very tasty lunch at our local pub The Winterbourne, a cracking way to round off our day.
We’ve built equine coaching into this teams performance plan for 2025 and we're excited to see where this will take them.

Despite the inclement weather, we had two really valuable and insightful sessions with the horses which provoked some positive and constructive discussions around how we work as a team.
