SIA research suggests that smaller staffing firms are being left behind in the race to automate staffing processes. While larger staffing firms (revenue in excess of $100m) have already automated 64% of their worker processes, the number drops to 55% for medium-sized firms (revenue between $11m to $100m) and 46% for smaller staffing firms (revenue below $10m).
