Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Vice President of Research Timothy Landhuis sat down with The New York Times ahead of this month's BLS jobs report. Landhuis discussed how temporary staffing services is adjusting after a loss of nearly 600,000 positions since its March 2022 peak. “You could call it a temp staffing recession,” Landhuis said. “Sometimes what happens with H.R. and procurement departments is that there’s an overcorrection. They set goals, and they probably overcut it.” Read the full news story by Economy Reporter Lydia DePillis online >> https://lnkd.in/dPPvHAHA #staffing #temporarystaffing #humanresources #employment #jobs #economy
