  • We are very excited to announce that Bianca Yorke-Davies of CSG Talent is the winner of £750 vouchers towards a weekend break in our fabulous Q4 competition!     This week, our marketing team gathered in London to dive into 2025 planning and enjoy some festive fun! 🎄✨ Our VP of Marketing, Madison Perry, made the trip all the way from Dallas, Texas, bringing US treats like Airheads, Butterfingers, Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and Peppermint Bark. 🍬🔥 We'll report back! It was great getting the team together to celebrate a great quarter with London’s twinkling Christmas lights as our backdrop. 🎆 Highlights include feasting at Dishoom and ice skating at Somerset House - no falls, surprisingly! 🍛⛸️ Here’s to an even bigger and better 2025. A little bit about me - I am the Sr. Business Development Director at Harmer Consultants, where I’m leading business expansion across the greater US & building some truly incredible new relationships along the way. 💼✨ But hey, I’m not just all work and no fun—so here are some facts about me because life is way more than just job titles: ✈️ Travel Junkie: I’ll take any excuse to hop on a plane. Some of my fave destinations? Italy, Iceland, Thailand, and Colombia! 🌎 Language Nerd: Traveling inspired me to brush up on Spanish—thank you, Duolingo! Cheers to over 2,600 minutes logged for 2024. 📚🎙️ Book & Podcast Enthusiast: I’ve just finished TOG (if you know, you know), and love the SmartHer News podcast! My job is to bring in new clients and business… BUT the best (and honestly, the most fun) way to do it is by leading with a personal touch and building genuine connections with prospects and clients alike. Think about it… who are you more likely to call when you need something? 1️⃣ A person you got a random spammy email from? 2️⃣ Or, the person who remembers the details about your family’s holiday plans, chats about a shared interest, and approaches you like, well, a human? Yeah, I’m going with #2 every time (as long as they’re not creeping on your Instagram story or asking for your social security number 😂).
