A couple of months ago, I described the concept of a "Martech Aggregator Company" — something analogous to the big agency holding companies, but architected for a portfolio of independent martech products. I believe that the move towards API and data composability in martech could empower a collection of martech products to simultaneously benefit from shared GTM structures and underlying tech standards under one corporate umbrella, while each retaining enough independence of their individual product experiences and roadmaps to remain "best-in-class" in their respective categories.
