Just call it protein. I ducked into this talk at the last minute and am so glad I did. What an incredibly knowledgeable panel from Synthesis Capital, Good Food Institute Europe, Anthesis Group, Forum for the Future and FAIRR Initiative. Our food system needs help to become more secure for future generations and reduce emissions. They agreed the approach must be diverse and inclusive, ensuring farmers are not shamed or diverted from what they are good at. The only real enemy here is factory farming and over reliance on a small number of proteins.
