    Full review of National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) ecommerce as part of a three month research project.

    Final deliverables included full report with recommendations for three year strategy covering acquisition, retention and development roadmap for 2025-8. P&L budget, staffing recommendations, reporting templates built with Looker Studio.

  • Sass & Belle CRM replatform onto Ometria

    Scoped and oversaw a successful CRM replatform to Ometria from MailChimp. Worked closely with our new CRM Manager to tender for new suppliers and provide a business case to SMT for approval.

    Oversaw the integration project which was led by our CRM Manager, assisting with technical integration aspects between Ometria, tradeit (highly customised ecommerce platform instance) and SAP B1.
