I don't understand that half of the founders are here just because they want to look legit and make digital footprints And as a side result, they sign leads, make connections, or make it into the 'Industry's top voice on LinkedIn' Welcome to the conversation founders! India is home to more than 260 founders, 127000 startups 110 of them being unicorns and this is only a rough number. I bet you knew less than 50 Why? Because they are visible across platforms which gives them an added advantage: 0$ on Customer Acquisition Can LinkedIn do that? It sure as hell can. But what would you choose if you were given a pistol and a rifle (don't 'it depends' me)? Video-based content is much more powerful than any other content. It takes time but not with the right strategy All we have to do is to make content that is focused directly on your customers and the problems they are facing Start simple! Pick the phone, hit record, and post. Reel vs. Real? 🎬✨ In February 2024, a social media debate erupted when Bill Gates was featured alongside Dolly Chaiwala. Many people expressed outrage, feeling that this pairing insulted their own educational achievements, degrees, and hard work. The term "Chapri" (unfortunately used as slang in Dolly’s context) was frequently mentioned, reflecting disdain for the chaiwala being featured with Mr. Gates. To those expressing outrage, please consider that social media thrives on engagement. 📱💬 While BillGates is a prominent figure, yet his #socialmedia engagement rate is below 1%. In contrast, Dolly Chaiwala’s engagement rate exceeds 10%. Despite Gates having a substantial following of 11 million, his growth has stagnated at under 1%, whereas Dolly's following is increasing by over 30% month-over-month. 📈 Some might question who benefits from this collaboration. In my opinion, both did. Gates’ Engagement soared above 15% during this period, and he gained over 500K new followers. Meanwhile, Dolly continues to grow, now reaching around 4M followers. 🌟 To my fellow professionals, there is no need to feel insecure or outraged by Dolly Chaiwala’s success. If we create value in our respective fields, we will also receive recognition and similar Motivation. Today, let’s celebrate Dolly Chaiwala, who has carved out a unique niche for himself. He deserves our support for his struggle and distinctive style. 🎉 I urge everyone not to label him as "Chapri."
