Paul Stansik utilizes a hiring effectiveness assessment in which he analyzes an org's last three years of hires — comparing them to the org's own performance management rubric. In doing so, he's able to provide not only 1) quantifiable data, but 2) pragmatic takeaways based on that data, which you can implement right away to make better hiring decisions and miss less.
