Would it be controversial to suggest the Staffing Industry Analysts CWS Summit is excluding small and ambitious businesses from truly taking part? A prohibitive price tag for exhibiting and getting involved will rule out the more specialist boutique operations such as RedWizard, and lead to an event where the only stands seen and opinions heard are those of the large scale, arguably slower moving behemoths with a dedicated event team and budget. We believe that a more inclusive approach, welcoming the consultants, specialists, idea-makers, innovators and movers and shakers (such as RedWizard, of course) would warrant a greater experience and learning opportunity for all. Thoughts on this? Jools Barrow-Read Colin Yoshioka-Smith
Thank you Jools Barrow-Read for speaking up and saying what needs to be said and asking a very fair question. This has been brought up numerous times in the past of including smaller firms and independents. Interested to hear response from them on this.
As it's reported that up to 99% of businesses in the UK are considered to be SMEs this is definitely a miss! Come on Staffing Industry Analysts help out the little guys!

6moThe best innovations I've seen in tech and the talent space, have all come from SMEs. They have so much to share to the world and are agile, forward thinking and pushing fresh ideas. Why would you not want them at the CWS....?
