Enabling clients to create a workforce of the future through a more integrated and strategic approach to total talent.
About us
RedWizard is a company on a mission to enable their clients to create a workforce of the future through a more integrated and strategic approach to total talent management. As a pioneering women-owned business from the UK, RedWizard has been a driving force in the world of contingent workforce transformation for the past decade. In 2017 the company achieved a significant milestone when it was engaged to develop a groundbreaking PMO solution for a $1billion global talent programme. This solution successfully united the client's contingent workforce suppliers under a common brand, data strategy and ways of working; greatly simplifying management of the programme and the user journey to engaging the talent they needed. This innovative approach was recognized with a finalist position at the prestigious PMI PMO of the Year Awards in the UK in 2019 and laid the groundwork for development of “Concerto”, their proprietary framework developed to help synchronise efforts across business functions; enabling them to accelerate their journey towards total talent management. Fast forward to 2024 and they have an impressive and diverse portfolio of successful case studies encompassing services that range from development of tools to support the compliant engagement of contingent workers, to dedicated programmes that work to build deeper connections with key suppliers; to better support the changing needs of a business. Their latest offering is a comprehensive educational programme, Educate2Enable, designed to support HR/People managers and line managers of contingent workers to engage compliantly, integrate temporary workers successfully into their teams and enjoy improved partnerships with talent suppliers. Jools and her team don't work alone; they are at the heart of their own agile business ecosystem. By fostering strong partnerships and collaborations, RedWizard can offer a comprehensive suite of solutions that address the diverse needs to any client.

💼 Skills-based hiring is reshaping recruitment. With fast-evolving job roles and the rise of the gig economy, traditional methods that focus on qualifications alone often miss skilled candidates. Here’s why a skills-focused approach makes sense: 📈 Why adopt skills-based hiring? Access a wider talent pool, improve job performance, boost diversity, and build an agile, adaptable team. 🛠 Getting started: Identify core skills for roles, use skills assessments, rethink job descriptions to focus on competencies, and utilise tech to objectively assess talent. As hiring shifts from “What have you done?” to “What can you do?” organisations can attract and retain more diverse, high-performing teams. Optimise your workforce and save cost at the same time? It’s not quite as difficult as it sounds… The workplace is changing fast. With contractors, freelancers, and temporary workers making up to 40% of some organisations, optimising this talent pool is a must. Here’s how to get it right 👇 🌐 Partner with workforce solution experts – gain insights and competitive rates by partnering with experts, but beware of hidden fees and conflicts of interest. 📍 Leverage geographical flexibility – remote work has opened doors to global talent. 📑 Streamline SOW projects – simplify statement of work (SOW) projects by consolidating suppliers and exploring cost-effective options. 📊 Plan and manage overtime strategically – use predictive analytics for workforce planning, and consider temporary backfill during high-overtime periods to keep costs in check while maintaining productivity 📏 Strengthen policy and governance – robust policies ensure financial discipline. 📌 Adopting these strategies helps businesses balance cost savings with quality – for a smarter, more agile workforce.
