I recently visited our American Express office in Japan with Nigel Greenwood, where we had the opportunity to meet with colleagues in Technology and across the business. Their commitment to delivering innovative solutions plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and partners in Japan and beyond. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting shops that accept American Express and witnessing how our products and technologies enable fast, convenient, and secure transactions.   I believe it is important for leaders to visit their teams on the ground and see the impact of their work. It helps to build trust, foster collaboration, and gain insights that can inform our decisions and strategies. It also allows us to appreciate the challenges and opportunities that our colleagues face in different markets and regions.   I want to thank the Japan team and Yasuhiro Sudo for their warm hospitality and for making the trip so productive. I am very grateful for their contributions and support. I look forward to visiting again soon. #AmexTech #TeamAmex

Ravi,using AMex for over 25 has been a surreal experience.Hiwever,may I suggest to you as the tech head honcho ,to implement buy-now,pay-later as part of checkout stack for merchant like PayPal Klarna and Afterpay.
