We're delighted to have been shortlisted for the Reuters Events: D.R.I.V.E Honours 2024 in the Innovation category for our application for e-powertrain calibration. Using intelligent, automated DoE, our solution efficiently tackles some of the most challenging aspects of e-powertrain calibration, including rotor temperature stability during testing. Our intelligent temperature compensation algorithm automatically learns to account for torque deterioration due to motor heat across various operating conditions, significantly reducing the number of cooling iterations. By anticipating and understanding the thermal behavior of the motor, our solution enables engineers to mitigate major transient effects to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the calibration process and ensure accurate vehicle range.
