Scrum thoughts #1: One of the main things I learned while taking the Certified Scrum Master course, is that scrum is built on simple principles and is super easy to understand the main concepts. Scrum is more about people and the environment than processes. There are not many details on how you should apply the scrum events or how to manage the project itself. The challenge would be how to apply these principles and concepts to your projects and environment.
