The first step to any kind of change is awareness. And then comes acceptance and assimilation. Aon India's flagship research 'Voice of Women' aims to start at the beginning by identifying the root causes of why women continue to remain a minority in the workforce despite significant efforts to increase their participation.
The research questions are designed to help you, as a working woman, in India, introspect about your past experiences, share your current ones and help co-create the future solutions. Becoming a part of this rapidly changing landscape is no longer a matter of choice. It's imperative to share our voices collectively for any kind of transformation to happen in India Inc..
Encouraging all working women to take out a few minutes and fill out the survey.

Women continue to form a minority in the Indian workforce. The only way to overcome this challenge and grow their representation is to uncover the reality of their experiences.
Aon is on a mission to deeply understand the root causes – what are enablers of professional success, what could be holding women back and what organisations can do to provide equity and inclusion. We are launching a one-of-its kind research in the Indian talent market to capture the 'Voice of Women' in India.
All women working in India Inc. are invited to take part in this study. Few lucky selects will be contacted for a feature and will stand a chance to win some exciting prizes!

Delighted to see Citi India featured once again on this elite list of the Top 10 Companies for Women in India, continuing the trend of the last few years. Citi has also been named among the top 10 Champions on the Most Inclusive Companies Index, making it a repeat double recognition.
This is a powerful validation of our multi-year efforts to embed DEI into the fabric of our culture and organizational DNA.
Our progress has been enabled by market-leading policies and practices, on-point messaging, solid ground-level execution, listening to employee feedback, and an emphasis on Respect at Work and Wellness. The driving force behind all this is our deep-rooted belief in the importance of DEI in building a vibrant and forward-compatible workplace.
The results are visible and tangible. We have seen gender diversity increase at all levels and almost double over five years at the middle and senior levels; retention has improved; axes of diversity other than gender (Veterans, Pride, differently abled, those returning to the workforce after a break) have been fostered; and a range of initiatives rolled out to enhance sensitisation and build a truly inclusive culture. There is still much more to be done and the journey shall continue.
Congratulations to all the other companies recognised in the BCWI and MICI lists this year. Looking forward to sharing notes and learning from your success.
Congratulations to Dr Saundarya Rajesh and Avtar The Power of Diversity for your stellar efforts in fostering a culture of DEI across the corporate landscape of India. The visibility that you have brought to this topic, and the way in which you have promoted sharing of best practices and a culture of healthy competition, is admirable. All the best for more success in the coming years.
