I would like to talk about 3 key biases - 1) Biases in hiring, 2) Biases in Customer Service (when you look at the color of the customer's skin and their clothes and decide the kind of service they deserve) and 3) Biases in product development. The one thing each of us can do is become intentionally self-aware of our biases.
