#Let's talk Leadership On the occasion of Independence Day one is hearing a lot about a Fearless Mind to achieve true freedom. Sounds great, yet it is rampant in the Top Tiers of Leadership esp. in Industries and Organisations which are trying to go faster than what they are ready for. It is leading to two classical response then - high Attrition and /or a Culture which lacks Trust and lack of Agility. Both can slow down growth and/ or lead to poor Customer Experience. The Consciousness of this change lies squarely on the CEO and leaders across levels. Yet there are many who have achieved this feat. There is high retention and high agility in such scenarios. How to help our people become truly free ? And personally yet to live the adage "Dar Ke Age Jeet Hai".

Drumrolls! 🥁 I had the privilege of being a panelist for the discussion on "Designing Impactful Learning Pathways for Business Results" and it was moderated by Dr. Chandrasekhar Sripada and greatly organized by ISB Executive Education and Dun & Bradstreet. It was a deeply insightful discussion with HR and L&D leaders across industries who added their valuable contribution. ✒ Penning some deep insights that came at the end of the discussion- 〰 Investment in workplace learning influences organizational performance. 〰 Long-term interventions (more than 6 months) were found to be more effective in producing significant improvements in leadership effectiveness compared to short-term interventions. 〰 Companies who make higher investments in employees training obtain better results in terms of training effectiveness. 〰 Training design, delivery and implementation play an important role in training effectiveness. 〰 3 mantras for effective L&D are- Results, Relevance and Rigor. 〰 Learning and Development is impacting the business at three levels:- 👨‍💼 Individual level- Skillsets, mindset and motivation 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Team level- Collaboration, communication and alignment 🏭 Organization level- Innovation, culture, agility, change readiness, revenue profits, productivity, talent pipelines Hope these insights can add value to your life and can act as a ray of light in the tunnel of L&D ☀ #learnandgrow 🌿
