Hello Makeda, ReFraming our history: Long before there was history there was African history. Black history began long before Genesis and slavery. Slavery is NOT our history. Slavery is an evil interruption of our history. The after effect of this oppression is a hard lesson but should not become an eternal sentence. Thanks Mūtūrū B Mwangi for sharing this important video: One of our human coping mechanisms when too many issues crop up is to reject true warning signs, ie. this video as "Conspiracy Theories" The bucket of Conspiracy Theories comprise Fictitious issues and True Observations. So how to discern? One of them is to remove all crap around the conspiracy theory and gather some people together to discuss if the observations (of wrongdoing) are actually true. If the wrongdoings are factual, then next step is causality. If cause/effect cannot be established then track/trace if particular benefits from the wrongdoing goes to those controlling the wrongdoing. This is why I recommend the #GenZ's to do forensic audit of government spending by use of an army of professional accountants. A track/trace software for multiple simultaneous cooperating forensic audit can be made within a day or two of work with Kenyan developers (I volunteer as architect). Do not make any mistakes here. Indeed someone sit with long reaching consequences and scheme like the guy in this video is saying. Thanks for sharing. Though. I was surprised, to learn that the Coptics came some 7,000 years ago from the area "Lado", which is in the Nile basin surrounding Lake Victoria, encompassing 7 current "Western divided countries" (Kenya, Sudan, Congo, etc.). The language Lado is spoken up till todays date in that region by around 2.2 million people. Well. Christians did not really do a good job learning from the Coptics. But, that is how I have learned it. Do you know something different? Do you know about the Lado people? I met their king in Denmark some 30 years ago. A very very learned man.
Decoys have been very instrumental all the way back to the colonial times. Never forget the role of Christianity in pacifying our people and terming all their traditions as witchcraft.

Truth matters. In my working life, we live and breathe data integrity. We ask: is every word and number we put down true to the best of our knowledge? We obsess over “source” documents, and we sometimes take weeks/months to hash out wording or a particular number so that it cannot be construed as “misleading”. I love my work and I think my team is a shining example of truth tellers to the max. It is very disappointing when other so-called truth tellers (mainstream media) cannot or have no interest in upholding this simple but sometimes difficult standard. Journalism is not what it used to be, for the exception of a very few independent media outlets. Being the first one out the gate is not sysnonymous with excellence for me. If anything, it makes me and other free thinkers deeply suspicious of your methods, selective omissions, and intentions (looking at you, NY Times-Breaking News, BBC News). When blame is heaped on Israel at every turn, only for the truth to emerge some hours, days or weeks later that: Israel was not at fault. It is highly suspicious. I am sure many excellent investigative journalists would agree that most “journalism” these days resembles mediocre creative writing with low journalistic integrity. If you can’t susbtantiate something, you shouldn’t say it. Your headlines may be eye-catching, but if they are so often misleading, then that’s a disservice to your readers and it is a disgrace to your own profession. End rant. Shavua tov! Abstract: This research paper examines the enduring impact of the Trans-Atlantic war & slavery on Black people by focusing on the inhuman treatment & spiritual dimension of their experience. Drawing from the concept of Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome (PTSS), the study explores how the legacy of slavery continues to shape the religious and spiritual beliefs, practices, and experiences of Black individuals. The research seeks to understand the role of Christianity in either perpetuating or challenging the spiritual enslavement experienced by African descendants, as well as the ways in which the legacy of mistreatment & denial of basic human rights have persisted today. By examining these aspects, this paper aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted impact of the war and slavery on Black people and inform strategies for addressing its ongoing legacies.
