I've helped 9-figure brands fill multiple C-suite roles. Just posting a job ad is an old school method. Instead companies should: - Headhunt for the right skills - Build a rapport with candidates - Use recruiters to expand the pool - Be open to recommendations - Look at results not just age Job boards are good to an extent. But they shouldn't be your whole hiring strategy. My advice? Get speaking to people 👏🏻 Don't have the time? Hire an expert who does it for a living. I can help! 🙌 P.S. You can't complain about not finding amazing people, because there are DEFINITELY those people out there.
Absolutely agree! It's all about finding the right person for the job, regardless of age or other superficial factors.
Job boards have their place, but building relationships and actively seeking out the right skills is key to finding the best candidates. Having people come inbound to you as well, is also good! Not everyone is ready to switch jobs at the first conversation, but maybe the 5th conversation they now realise they want to make that change. Lauren
Valuable insights! Building relationships and focusing on skills and results over traditional methods can lead to more successful hires. Lauren Windebank
