📢 In Real Estate, Reputation is Everything Before clients meet you or step into an open house, they’ve likely Googled your name, scrolled through reviews, and formed a perception of your brand. 🧐 With 91% of people aged 18-34 trusting online reviews as much as personal recommendations, and many first-time buyers falling in this demographic, reputation management is critical for real estate professionals. Here’s how you can stay ahead: 1️⃣ Communicate clearly with clients from the start to manage expectations. 2️⃣ Respond to all reviews—even the negative ones—with professionalism and solutions. 3️⃣ Encourage happy clients to share feedback with polite follow-ups or thank-you emails. 4️⃣ Monitor reviews regularly to address concerns and amplify positive feedback. 5️⃣ Streamline operations with tools like ListedKit, which helps teams manage transactions smoothly, leading to happier clients and better reviews. 👀 Pro Tip: Tools like RaveCapture make it easy to collect, showcase, and manage reviews from one dashboard—keeping your positive feedback front and center. You can't truly understand your customers without having been in their role. Why? Because you won't grasp their real challenges and needs. When I spent 3.5 years as Head of Digital Marketing, I lived and breathed the exact problems my clients face today. The solution? Build expertise through direct experience: → Experience budget constraints firsthand → Understand internal team dynamics → Face stakeholder expectations → Deal with performance targets → Know the daily pressures → Handle resource limitations This direct experience lets me: 1. Set realistic timelines 2. Speak their language 3. Anticipate roadblocks 4. Provide tested, practical solutions 5. Identify problems before clients mention them I don't just know marketing theory— I've implemented strategies, managed teams, and delivered results under the same conditions my clients face. This makes every recommendation I give grounded in reality, not theory. When you've lived the role, you know exactly what works. Keep it practical, keep it real— That's how you deliver actual value.

“You'll never go wrong hiring Samuel.” It's a simple line from one of my incredible clients, but it holds so much power. There were moments when doubt crept in, wondering if my strategies were making an impact. Yet, reviews like this remind me that hard work and passion always pay off. The journey hasn't always been smooth. There have been campaigns that needed extra refining and ads that needed constant tweaking. But I’ve always been committed to seeing my clients succeed, no matter what it takes. Here are a few lessons I’ve learned along the way: Consistency beats perfection: It’s not always about getting it right the first time but about staying committed to improvement. Results are built on trust and collaboration: I value every relationship and every feedback session, which allows me to bring the best to every project. Understanding your audience is everything: Running a successful campaign is like speaking directly to those who need you the most. So, who’s in your corner? Are you targeting the right clients for maximum impact? If your ads aren’t driving the results you need or you feel like you’re missing the mark, let’s connect! Call to Action: DM me "Results" if you're ready to transform your marketing strategies and experience growth like never before!

After almost a year in this dream role as VP Revenue Marketing, here are 9 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 learnings: 𝗢𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: 1. Time is money but now it's an entire function's money. At all times, have your goals memorized & priorities clearly defined or the team will suffer. 2. Exceeding your goals is awesome, but you work in service of a company with bigger goals. Be sensible to what the company needs and celebrate in the right ways. 3. As someone scrappy and hands-on, I used to be ALLERGIC to the word 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. Why can’t we just get it done? Cleaning up the mess of working without rhythm will be expensive, especially in growing teams. 4. That said, get it done well *and as fast as possible. 𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: 5. Starting a manager-employee relationship in a soft wishy washy type-of-way (in the spirit of forming friendship) is only going to make it harder later. Set high (or the right) expectations early, no surprises. 6. With a large team and hundreds of unread emails, the people you hire lift weight off your shoulders or slow you down. Spend the time you need interviewing, the right hire > a fast hire. 7. Reflect what you demand from your team. I demand proactiveness, non-conformity, intentionality behind action. 8. Creating a non-competing but ambitious team environment comes down to the basics: clarity in shared goals and comp. 9. Zero tolerance for bad mouthing other teams, especially adjacent marketing ones. Next up, a recap of my marketing learnings in the last 12m 🥵 the list is long.
