PLEX, the FAST channel platform, announced its becoming the largest free streamer on the planet with an almost unheard of 1,112 channels. Library scale matters, speed to market matters (especially given acceleration of broadcast to CTV spend), and content variety matters, but I can't help but think of what's missing in terms of user experience, discovery and programming. Reminds of the transition to big box retailing, and that's not an unequivocally good thing from an audience perspective (even as its a incredible accomplishment). https://lnkd.in/gT-ecRSA
