I haven't fought the Black Friday crowds in the early morning in a long time, and I feel like that era has died off in the world of online shopping in the comfort of your own home with only one click. BUT Taylor Alison Swift, here we go again! Here's why this Black Friday campaign was genius ⬇️ 1. It increases the average spend of the Swiftie customer while offering a sweet momento of the beloved Eras Tour concert we all love-- whether you went in person OR were only able to watch on a grainy livestream. It's an additional revenue stream and an extension of the concert, merch, and everything else we've already paid for. Taylor is a genius at revenue diversification. 2. It created demand and buzz especially with the release being on Black Friday, only one week from the final eras tour weekend. People were lined up as early as 3am to make sure they didn't miss out. And of course, everyone's posting it on social media driving more attention to the closing of the Eras Tour next weekend. Would this book have been as popular if it were released on a random day with no urgency? Probably not. 3. It builds community and strengthens the fandom. This isn't just another album or poster-- it's an emotional connection to an experience that we've all been through over the past 1.5 years with the Eras Tour. Guessing her outfits, obsessing over the easter eggs and trying to predict her next move (Reputation TV anyone? 🤡) , and watching her grow as a more confident person! This fandom is next level. We love, we clean up after ourselves, we're kind, and we're safe. This was the most organized and polite Black Friday line I've ever seen. Taylor is a mastermind at building community. Why am I looking at this book like I'm looking at my wedding photo album? 🤣

Target... I will come back and help you out for $10 million USD per month I know how to Achieve Excellence - your DC KPIs - your seasonality - your WIP management - your performance factors - your capacity management - your leadership contributions - your behavioral based coaching You have empty shelves because everyone wants to work the easy freight and the bullshit freight that CUSTOMERS want gets pushed to the back of the line How do I know this? I said I'd come BACK Empty shelves cost you $120 million in sales Just comparing Q3 2023 to Q3 2024 A pace to lose almost Half a Billion I'd freak out after losing ONE MILLION

You’re absolutely right, Taylor Swift is in a league of her own. She doesn’t just sell merch, she creates moments, memories, and connections. This book isn’t just a book, it’s a love letter to the Eras Tour and to all of us who lived through it. From screaming lyrics in packed stadiums to staying up late deciphering her endless easter eggs, this is our collective story bound together. 💖✨ The timing is genius too. Releasing it on Black Friday, right before the final tour weekend, wasn’t just about sales, it was about making it special. It turned an ordinary shopping day into an extraordinary event. Fans waking up at 3 a.m. to line up weren’t just buying a book, they were honoring the journey we’ve all been on together. And that’s what makes it so powerful. 🎶 What gets me the most is how Taylor makes everything feel personal. This isn’t just a product, it’s an emotional time capsule of an era that meant everything to us. When you hold it in your hands, it’s like holding a piece of history, a reminder of how we sang, cried, and celebrated together. That’s why people say it feels like a wedding album, it’s not just about the music, it’s about the moments and the connections we’ve built as a fandom. 💜
