3 Step framework to nailing your demo. 1. Frame the broader problem Ex) Most sales leaders I work with are really struggling to understand where the risk in their pipeline is 2. Frame their problem Ex) You just told me you are 100% reliant on your CRM to try and sus out risk in deals 3. Tell a story of how your solution can solve this (don't feature dump, make it punchy) Ex) Now with Gong you will know exactly what is happening in every single one of your deals. Open-ended questions always and don't let participant 3 and 4 be mute while participants 1 & 2 dominate the conversation. Call them out!

Ask questions like: "What do you think this would allow you to do differently?" *answers* "And how do you envision that impacting (problem)?" Congrats you just won the demo.
