Powrsuit ready for action! Just wrapped a fab session at the United Nations Women Aotearoa New Zealand Women in Leadership Summit. Quick plot twist: Our planned 1-hour session became two 30-minute workshops as people streamed in and filled us in. 😱 Turns out, adaptability is an important skill. We pivoted, delivered, and kept the energy high. Thankfully, when you show up with Powrsuit energy and vulnerability, the crowd connects and supports you, imperfections and all. We covered how to manage your calendar and tackle those 'big rocks', and in the second session, we shared how to craft an elevator pitch that actually sounds like you and genuinely celebrates your accomplishments. Tall poppy feelings reared their heads for some when chatting about personal brands and the fear of appearing boastful. Those voices? Ignore them.
