Recently while preparing for a keynote presentation, I was chatting with the key Human Resource leader who was responsible for the event. MediaTek's Intergenerational Connect, "I-Connect" Employee Resource Group, recently hosted an insightful discussion on decoding intergenerational communication. A diverse panel of speakers from different generations delved into perspectives on career success, responsibility, and teamwork. From Gen Z's pursuit of happiness to Gen X's career transitions, the insights were truly enlightening. Surprisingly, Gen Z's least preferred communication method is email, not face-to-face as commonly assumed.
