The President has issued a statement starting the process to vary modern awards to include a right to disconnect term. This process forms part of our work to implement the Closing Loopholes No.2 amendments.   The statement sets out a proposed timetable for consultation on the making of the required term and guidelines. The Statement also includes an analysis of modern awards to support the process. We invite and encourage your comments and submissions.   You can read the statement and the initial analysis on our website: https://lnkd.in/g5ujVhXX   #closingloopholes #ModernAwards #righttodisconnect
