Ignore everything else. 🚩 Red Flag #2: They never test new ad formats or placements Fix: Insist on regular creative testing and expansion to new placements 🚩 Red Flag #3: They can't explain their strategy in simple terms Fix: If they can't explain it, they don't understand it.
