Why train in mental health first aid? When it comes to mental health, we are not always confident in knowing how to support a friend, family member or colleague experiencing a mental health issue or where to go for support. Mental Health First Aid, or MHFA, is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of poor mental health and provide help on a first-aid basis.  Used alone, it will not reduce poor mental health or mental ill-health. The training needs to be a part of your broader wellbeing strategy. I am delivering a MHFA England Adult mental health first aid course face to face on 11th and 12th November this is a two day course from 9am-5pm in Milton Keynes please get in touch to find out more and secure your space.
