In Sales, it's all about how you engage. To build real connections and drive success: 1). 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 “𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅”– Build trust and make your prospect feel comfortable. No one will open up to you if you had that dead face and have that monotone Tonality, first 5 mins open up with them. 2). 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 “𝑷𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕”– Understand their true needs and challenges, Prospects dont tell at first but its our duty to dig down to deep level rather than just be on the surface level. Ask questions like What you want to achieve from it as an outcome personally? Never ever rely on surface level answers like Oh I am just here to make more money be playful at that time and say like every one wants to make more money but whats your case why is it important for you now? 3). 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 “𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓”– Your Questioning Skills is the backbone here, Ask questions to probe deep into the mentality, question their way of thinking and ask emotional questions like:- Does it had an impact on you?, How does that make you feel? 4). 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧 “𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅-𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓”– Deliver your message with clarity, confidence, and impact. Conviction and Confidence is key, remember no one wants to buy from a confused or a less confident person, have that confidence and conviction because when after asking questions they doubt their current state and at that point your conviction is what they relies on. Mastering these skills isn't just about closing deals; it's about transforming how you serve your clients.
