At Strategy.Inc, we bring a human-centered approach to strategy. Our approach consists of bringing together strategy workshops together with implementation coaching. Here is a brief overview:  Stages 1 & 2: For Strategy Design/Formulation and Implementation Planning we conduct collaborative workshops which bring clarity to the future of the organization. 1. Strategy Design & Formulation: Building a Joint Strategic View (JSV) helps leaders align on the focus areas. For developing the Joint Strategic View, we build on our unique IP on the North Star©, the Strategy Sketch©, Stretch Scenarios and Strategic Dilemmas.  2. Implementation Planning: The roadmap and action plan development brings clarity and alignment on the OKRs, KPIs and weighted priorities through scorecards. Stages 3 & 4: In the implementation coaching part, we provide a unique support for building high-performing teams working on the leadership cohesiveness and leadership role modeling. 3. Implementation Coaching - Team/Group Work: Building leadership cohesiveness on the follow-through, communication of updates, role modeling accountability and ownership. This implementation process supports developing a high-performing team. The efficiency of the monthly and quarterly meetings can become a place of building momentum or just a loss of time as it turns out in many situations. 4. Implementation Coaching - 1:1 Work: This part of implementation supports the leaders in role modeling the implementation agenda together with the culture. This means practicing working on their own North Star, working on their own mindsets and habits, and demonstrating high-performing people centered leadership. This 1:1 support is not just about project management, it’s about holding leaders both capable and accountable for implementation.
