Today marks my one year anniversary with BGSF BG Muliti-family Staffing! It has been a very confusing and wild ride with this company but I am grateful for all of the experience and hard lessons I've learned during my tenure! When I look back upon the roles I've been given as a Maintenance Technician II with the company I bow my head in absolute shame. During the entire time with this company I've had 3 different roles, and supervisors that ignored me for months! What a shocking experience this was for my career! I would like to thank my supervisors personally for the job they have done in providing my resume with a time gap so huge, so unexplainable, and so detrimental to my career that I haven't found another suitable role for 10 months. Linkedin is a terrible place to find any companies that have the integrity to hire, advance, and train individuals suited for the roles posted. I have found approximately 57 ghost jobs personally posted by BGSF BG Multifamily Staffing for the same positions that i have worked. I didnt even know ghost jobs were a thing until I joined this company after moving to California. after learning about the purpose of these tactics, I was disgusted by them. why play with people's lives in such a manner when you can just pay them for their services?? underpaying them and giving them responsibilities you would never force upon yourself! im from Chicago, IL and I don't know about San Diego but it's diverse! there are extremely talented professionals from all different ethical backgrounds working together to build a future where everyone benefits. not just corporate. thank you for giving me the opportunity to gain more experience in this field, but I am officially saying goodbye to Linkedin and it's partners. it's a platform to find your career, yet all it advertises is events and corporate lies. im done #Linkedinsucks #Ifyourcompanyisbrokejustsaythat #stoppostingghostsroles #entrylevelmeanszeroyearsofexperience #stopemploymentembezzlementnow
