An HR tech product guy, speaking about AI - and other HR tech, as tech for the workforce, and not HR, about HR's role in navigating the new world of #skills & #work and supporting the workforce to do so, and it's unique opportunity to be the unifying function across an organisation, to get other functions driving their own AI and other tech initiatives to drive in the same direction, by leaning into their role as custodian of the employee experience - the way that employees get things done.
