Great news for Tiktok shop sellers! You can now issue partial refunds to customers. Here's how it works: If you sent a £10 product to a customer who encountered an issue but is willing to keep the item, you can negotiate a partial refund. For instance, you can offer a £5 refund as compensation and let the customer keep the product, avoiding additional shipping costs. Previously, you had to refund the entire order amount. Even if a customer bought two items worth £10 each and wanted to return only one, a full refund of £20 was required.
