Stop copy/pasting ChatGPT CV's and Motivational letters. It won't help. Recruiters will notice when you used ChagtGPT and won't be interested to speaking with you. Many people do it so we recognise the same buzzwords/overselling/generic writing. Many applicants do it. If you want to be different, use ChatGPT to help you write, and structure, but make sure they are in your own words.

For a couple of years now, people who felt or believed they had nailed the "Cover Letter" writing techniques have been sharing templates across all platforms encouraging job applicants to use it as a guide to craft their cover letter. Jiki jiki ChatGPT and suddenly, similar templates and formats are a problem because they have "key words" that are synonymous with ChatGPT? What are job applicants to do then? mind you, I don't recall this much backlash with the shared templates as much as we are hearing now about the use of ChatGPT. What I think a lot of us forget is that for some if not most of us, English is not our 1st language. If there are tools and techniques that can put together my thoughts in a more coherent manner, then what really is the issue? And I'm referencing people who do use it strictly as a guide as opposed to straight up copy and paste
