Stop copy/pasting ChatGPT CV's and Motivational letters. It won't help. Recruiters will notice when you used ChagtGPT and won't be interested to speaking with you. Many people do it so we recognise the same buzzwords/overselling/generic writing. Many applicants do it. If you want to be different, use ChatGPT to help you write, and structure, but make sure they are in your own words.
Interestingly something I wrote on recently: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-identify-cv-written-ai-david-macarthur-ery2e/?trackingId=KdzZx1X2jASv5UvrBx%2F2zg%3D%3D

2moI get where you're coming from, but it’s really about how you use tools like ChatGPT. Simply copy-pasting a CV or cover letter without making it your own will definitely feel generic. Recruiters are experienced—they’ll spot that quickly. But that doesn’t mean ChatGPT isn’t useful. I’ve used it myself to structure ideas or organize thoughts for my applications, and it’s been a big help. What makes a CV or Cover letter stand out is the personal touch—the story only you can tell. ChatGPT can provide a foundation, but you need to add your own experiences and voice. If you can make sure your writing wasn’t just about skills but how your journey through these industries shaped your problem-solving approach or taught you skills, that's not through in any course. That’s what catches a recruiter’s eye. So, instead of saying "don’t use it," I’d suggest using it smartly. Let it guide your structure and language, but always ensure it reflects your unique experiences. In the end, it’s your story that will stand out, not just a list of buzzwords. Your story is what makes you stand out, and that's what recruiters are looking for.
