🚀 Exciting Update to TikTok Shop's Late Dispatch Rate Policy! 🚀 Starting November 6, 2024, TikTok Shop is rolling out a major improvement to the Late Dispatch Rate Policy. Here’s what’s changing: 👉 No More Stress Over Carrier Scans! You no longer need orders scanned by the carrier within the dispatch SLA. As long as valid tracking information is added within the dispatch SLA, orders will NOT be marked as "Late Dispatch." 👉 Simplified Order Management Orders without tracking information will automatically be categorized under “To Ship” in the Seller Center, giving you a clearer view of pending dispatches. Calculation formula on TikTok Shop Referral Fee is a service fee charged on successfully paid and delivered orders in TikTok Shop. If the entire order is canceled/ refunded/returned, the referral fee will be returned. In cases of partial refunds, the fixed $0.30/order will not be refunded as the order still exists with a value above $0.01 Referral Fee = Referral Fee = 2.0% *(Customer Payment + Platform Discount) + 0.30 USD per order Currently, all sellers will benefit from the referral fee promotion #tiktokShop

From 15 March 2024, TikTok Shop will no longer automatically approve all "Delayed Delivery" return requests or automatically reimburse sellers. In some cases, such as "Fulfilled by Seller" TikTok shop will instead require seller's to review the request. Sellers will be notified of the refund request and must respond within 2 business days of submission of the refund request from the customer.
