🌟 Celebrating Customer Service Week 🌟 #BuildingLastingConnections What was on your mind when you wished others a happy customer service week? As we wrap up CS week, I simply reflect on the invaluable role of service. While we all enjoyed the celebratory goodies and the maaany engaging fun activities steered by CX Teams, this week has mostly been a celebration and affirmation of the trust and connections we've built with our customers and colleagues through a series of interactions that left a lasting impression. It's also been a time to grab on any win-back opportunity presented to redeem lost relationships 🙂 In my journey of CX transformation, I've witnessed the power of exceptional service in transforming a simple transaction into a lasting relationship. We can't under estimate the power of service personalisation, humanisation, empathy and dignity in building lasting impressions. In any experience, when you feel valued, you feel connected and committed. These simple yet deep principles of "whats in it for me and you", is where i draw my daily inspiration to go above and beyond for our customers and for my colleagues. In the business of service to humanity, let's strive to make every interaction count through the simple things.
