Employers Network Recently I was selected to present my organization in an employers' networking event. The meeting brought together employers from different organizations and the key agenda was to highlight and learn from each other about how associate disability inclusion has impacted their workplaces What stood out was no employer wished to lose any of their employees who had a disability Iram Bahawal - Suleiman will agree with me on this🙂. They highly talked about how they had created cohesion and creativity among the other employees. If you didn't know a blend of people with disabilities in your workplace brings an exposure and a totally different lense on employee relations.
