    If good management contributes 18% of your company’s total annual growth, why do we even have bad leaders? In my analysis, I reviewed publicly traded companies from several different industries: manufacturing, IT, SaaS, chemicals, agriculture, retail and airlines. I compared their three year revenue growth and 5 year CAGR rate compared to their next three peers and the segment or industry CAGR in which they serve. I was determined to answer the question, does a higher rated leadership team drive financial performance? In this talk I present the facts that support the need for investment in your leaders, but equally we spend time on how to do that individually, as an executive leadership team, and across the organization.
