    I joined the BOD at MOSES with the mission of transforming the internal systems and transitioning the organization into an ecosystem management and governance institution for the emerging grassroots-based regenerative agriculture systems in the United States. The basic operating and systems change theory is centered in decolonization and indigenization of science, management, processes, methodology and governance and community organization. The goal is to structure, organize and build a multilayer afinity-based large-scale grassroots-led regenerative agriculture system starting by consolidating and organizing the existing large-scale network already within the MOSES infrastructure.
